Anmeldung
Für die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb PHOTOVILLE4600 ist das Online-Anmeldeformular vollständig auszufüllen.

Die Anmeldung ist gültig, sobald du das Anmeldeformular ausgefüllt und die Anmeldegebühr per Kreditkarte bezahlt hast. Die Anmeldegebühr wird auch dann einbehalten, wenn du nicht in die Endauswahl kommst.
Du darfst dich bewerben, wenn du in der Schweiz wohnst oder Schweizer:in bist und im Ausland lebst.
Bewerbungsverfahren
Du kannst dich mit freien Arbeiten oder Auftragsarbeiten bewerben. Pro Registrierung kannst du 1-6 Einzelbilder oder eine Serie mit bis zu 6 Bildern hochladen. Es steht dir frei, danach noch weitere Registrierungen vorzunehmen.
Es werden jedoch maximal 6 Bilder pro Fotograf:in an der Fotoausstellung gezeigt.
Preis pro Registrierung:
1-2 Bilder: CHF 60.–
3-4 Bilder: CHF 90.–
5-6 Bilder: CHF 120.–

AI bilder
Ausser in der Kategorie AI sind keine Bilder erlaubt, welche mit AI Generatoren erstellt oder mittels KI modifiziert worden sind (Ausnahme: KI-Entrauschen oder KI-Masken ohne KI-Füllung). Bei Verdacht können wir von dir die Originaldaten einfordern.
Auswahl
IPFO entscheidet, ob du an der Ausstellung teilnehmen kannst. Eine hochkarätige internationale Jury bewertet deine Arbeit und entscheidet, ob du an der PHOTOVILLE4600 teilnehmen darfst. Sollte deine Arbeit nicht den Qualitätsansprüchen oder den technischen Richtlinien entsprechen, behält sich IPFO das Recht vor, deine Teilnahme ohne Angabe von Gründen abzulehnen.
Zulassung und Teilnahmebestätigung
IPFO informiert dich per E-Mail, ob du für die Fotoausstellung ausgewählt wurdest.
Die definitive Teilnahme an der PHOTOVILLE4600 Fotoausstellung kostet dich CHF 170.- (inkl. MwSt.).

Nach der Ausstellung gehören die Bilder dir. Du musst sie bis Mittwoch 02.09.24 um 20h in Olten abholen. Ein Versand ist nicht möglich. Die Bildproduktion muss vor der Ausstellung vollständig an die Druckerei bezahlt sein. Ohne Einzahlung keine Ausstellung.
Der Rechtsweg für die Teilnahme an der Fotoausstellung ist ausgeschlossen.
Standort
Der Ausstellungsort im Haus der Fotografie wird von IPFO bestimmt.
Rücktrittsrecht / Ausschluss
Du hast das Recht, innerhalb von fünf Tagen nach Erhalt der endgültigen Teilnahmebestätigung ohne Angabe von Gründen schriftlich von der Teilnahme an der Fotoausstellung zurückzutreten. Dieser Rücktritt zieht keine Kostenfolgen nach sich. Einzig die Anmeldegebühr wird nicht zurückerstattet.
Erfolgt die Abmeldung nach Ablauf der Rücktrittsfrist, wird die Teilnahmegebühr von CHF 170.00 nicht zurückbezahlt.
Verkauf
Wenn du möchtest, kannst du deine Bilder in im Haus der Fotografie und in unserem Online-Shop zum Verkauf anbieten. Die Details zur Verkaufsabwicklung erhältst du nach unserer Zusage für die definitive Ausstellung.
Kommt es zu einem Verkauf, erhält IPFO 30% des finalen Verkaufspreises (exkl. MwSt.).
Ausstellerverzeichnis / Katalog / Nutzungsrechte
Ein Ausstellerverzeichnis mit Deiner Biographie und dem Link zu Deiner Website wird auf der Website www.ipfo.ch veröffentlicht. Du überträgst IPFO unentgeltlich die Nutzungsrechte an deiner Arbeit. Wir können deine Bilder für elektronische Medien, Werbung und Medienarbeit im Zusammenhang mit der Fotoausstellung PHOTOVILLE4600 frei verwenden. Wo immer möglich, werden wir das Copyright erwähnen.
Ausstellung/KURATION
Im Haus der Fotografie sind wir sehr auf Qualität bedacht. Um eine hochkarätige und attraktive Ausstellung zu garantieren, wird die Ausstellung durch Isabelle Bitterli (Leitung und Kuration Haus der Fotografie) kuratiert. Wirst du für die Ausstellung ausgewählt, wirst Du nach der Kuration erfahren, wie deine Bilder präsentiert werden (Anzahl Bilder und Bildgrössen). Wir wollen deine Bilder in der best möglichen Art und Weise präsentieren.
Aufgrund unserer Angaben kannst du danach ganz einfach die Bilder auf der Homepage unseres PHOTOVILLE4600-Partners Printolino.ch hochladen (Anfang Juli). Du profitierst von einem Spezialpreis, den dir Printolino gewährt und den du über einen Rabattcode erhältst. Du bezahlst die Produktionskosten, dafür sind die Bilder dein Eigentum. Die Bilder werden in gewohnt höchster Qualität auf Alu-Dibond gedruckt, direkt nach Olten geliefert und von uns aufgehängt.
Vorbehalt von Änderungen und Ergänzungen
IPFO behält sich das Recht vor, die Bestimmungen dieses Reglements jederzeit zu ändern oder durch Weisungen zu ergänzen. Die Aussteller der PHOTOVILLE4600 werden hierüber rechtzeitig informiert.
Kommunikation zwischen der IPFO und dem Aussteller
Alle Vereinbarungen, Einzelgenehmigungen und Sonderregelungen sind schriftlich oder per E-Mail mitzuteilen.
Rechtswahl, Erfüllungsort, Gerichtsstand
Alle Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dem Aussteller und IPFO unterstehen schweizerischem Recht, auch wenn der Aussteller seinen Firmensitz im Ausland hat. Erfüllungsort und ausschliesslicher Gerichtsstand für alle Verfahren ist Olten als Sitz des Vereins Haus der Fotografie.

Registration form
To take part in the PHOTOVILLE4600 competition, the online registration form must be completed in full.

Registration is valid as soon as you have completed the registration form and paid the registration fee by credit card. The application fee will be retained even if you are not shortlisted.
You may apply if you live in Switzerland or are Swiss and live abroad.
Application procedure
You can apply with free works or commissioned works. You can upload 1-6 individual images or a series of up to 6 images per registration. You are free to make further registrations afterwards, but a maximum of 6 images per photographer will be shown at the photo exhibition. Price per registration:1-2 pictures: CHF 60.-3-4 pictures: CHF 90.-5-6 pictures: CHF 120.-Registration is exclusively via the registration link on the PHOTOVILLE4600 call for entries page:

AI images
With the exception of the AI category, no images created with AI generators or modified using AI are permitted (exception: AI denoising or AI masks without AI filling). In case of suspicion, we can request the original data from you.
Selection
IPFO decides whether you can take part in the exhibition. A high-caliber international jury will evaluate your work and decide whether you may participate in PHOTOVILLE4600. If your work does not meet the quality requirements or the technical guidelines, IPFO reserves the right to refuse your participation without giving reasons.
Admission and confirmation of participation
IPFO will inform you by e-mail whether you have been selected for the photo exhibition.
The definitive participation in the PHOTOVILLE4600 photo exhibition will cost you CHF 170 (incl. VAT).

After the exhibition, the pictures are yours. You have to pick them up in Olten by Wednesday 02.09.24 at 20h. Shipping is not possible. The image production must be paid in full to the print shop before the exhibition. No exhibition without payment.
There is no legal recourse for participation in the photo exhibition.
Location
The exhibition location in the House of Photography will be determined by IPFO.
Right of withdrawal / exclusion
You have the right to withdraw from participation in the photo exhibition in writing within five days of receipt of the final confirmation of participation without giving reasons. This withdrawal will not incur any costs. Only the registration fee will not be refunded.
If the withdrawal is made after the expiry of the withdrawal period, the participation fee of CHF 170.00 will not be refunded.
Sale
If you wish, you can offer your pictures for sale in the Haus der Fotografie and in our online store. You will receive the details of the sales process after our confirmation of the definitive exhibition.
If a sale is made, IPFO will receive 30% of the final sales price (excl. VAT).
List of exhibitors / catalog / rights of use
A list of exhibitors with your biography and the link to your website will be published on the website www.ipfo.ch. You transfer the rights of use to your work to IPFO free of charge. We may freely use your images for electronic media, advertising and media work in connection with the PHOTOVILLE4600 photo exhibition. Wherever possible, we will mention the copyright.
Exhibition/CURATION
At the House of Photography we are very concerned about quality. In order to guarantee a high-caliber and attractive exhibition, the exhibition will be curated by Isabelle Bitterli (Director and Curator House of Photography). If you are selected for the exhibition, you will be informed after the curation how your pictures will be presented (number of pictures and picture sizes). We want to present your pictures in the best possible way.
Based on our information, you can then simply upload the pictures to the homepage of our PHOTOVILLE4600 partner Printolino.ch (beginning of July). You will benefit from a special price granted by Printolino, which you will receive via a discount code. You pay the production costs, but you own the images. The pictures are printed in the usual high quality on Alu-Dibond, delivered directly to Olten and hung up by us.
Subject to changes and additions
IPFO reserves the right to amend or supplement the provisions of these regulations at any time. Exhibitors at PHOTOVILLE4600 will be informed in good time.
Communication between IPFO and the exhibitor
All agreements, individual approvals and special regulations must be communicated in writing or by e-mail.
Choice of law, place of fulfillment, place of jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the exhibitor and IPFO shall be governed by Swiss law, even if the exhibitor has its registered office abroad. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all proceedings shall be Olten as the registered office of Verein Haus der Fotografie.

Inscription
Pour participer au concours PHOTOVILLE4600, il faut remplir intégralement le formulaire d'inscription en ligne.

L'inscription est validée dès que tu as rempli le formulaire d'inscription et payé les frais d'inscription par carte de crédit. Les frais d'inscription seront retenus même si tu ne fais pas partie de la sélection finale.
Tu peux postuler si tu habites en Suisse ou si tu es Suisse:in et que tu vis à l'étranger.
Procédure de candidature
Tu peux postuler avec des travaux libres ou des travaux de commande. Pour chaque inscription, tu peux télécharger 1 à 6 images individuelles ou une série de 6 images au maximum. Tu es libre d'effectuer d'autres inscriptions par la suite. 6 images au maximum par photographe seront toutefois présentées lors de l'exposition photo. Images AI
Sauf dans la catégorie AI, les images créées avec des générateurs AI ou modifiées à l'aide d'une IA ne sont pas autorisées (à l'exception du débruitage IA ou des masques IA sans remplissage IA). En cas de soupçon, nous pouvons te demander les données originales.
Sélection
IPFO décide si tu peux participer à l'exposition. Un jury international de haut niveau évaluera ton travail et décidera si tu peux participer à PHOTOVILLE4600. Si ton travail ne répond pas aux exigences de qualité ou aux directives techniques, IPFO se réserve le droit de refuser ta participation sans avoir à se justifier.
Admission et confirmation de la participation
IPFO t'informera par e-mail si tu as été sélectionné pour l'exposition photo.
La participation définitive à l'exposition de photos PHOTOVILLE4600 te coûtera 170 CHF (TVA comprise).

Après l'exposition, les images t'appartiennent. Tu dois venir les chercher à Olten avant mercredi 02.09.24 à 20h. Une expédition n'est pas possible. La production d'images doit être entièrement payée à l'imprimerie avant l'exposition. Sans versement, pas d'exposition.
Le recours juridique pour la participation à l'exposition photo est exclu.
Emplacement
Le lieu d'exposition à la Maison de la Photographie est déterminé par IPFO.
Droit de retrait / Exclusion
Tu as le droit d'annuler ta participation à l'exposition photo par écrit dans les cinq jours suivant la réception de la confirmation de participation définitive, sans avoir à donner de raison. Ce désistement n'entraîne aucune conséquence financière. Seuls les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés.
Si le désistement a lieu après le délai de désistement, les frais de participation de 170 CHF ne seront pas remboursés.
Vente
Si tu le souhaites, tu peux mettre tes photos en vente dans la Maison de la Photographie et dans notre boutique en ligne. Tu recevras les détails de la procédure de vente après notre accord pour l'exposition définitive.
Si une vente a lieu, IPFO reçoit 30% du prix de vente final (hors TVA).
Liste des exposants / catalogue / droits d'utilisation
Une liste des exposants avec ta biographie et le lien vers ton site web sera publiée sur le site www.ipfo.ch. Tu cèdes gratuitement à IPFO les droits d'utilisation de ton travail. Nous pouvons utiliser librement tes images pour les médias électroniques, la publicité et les relations avec les médias en rapport avec l'exposition de photos PHOTOVILLE4600. Dans la mesure du possible, nous mentionnerons le copyright.
Exposition/CURATION
À la Maison de la Photographie, nous sommes très attentifs à la qualité. Pour garantir une exposition de haut niveau et attrayante, l'exposition est organisée par Isabelle Bitterli (direction et curation de la Maison de la photographie). Si tu es sélectionné pour l'exposition, tu sauras après la curation comment tes images seront présentées (nombre d'images et tailles des images). Nous voulons présenter tes images de la meilleure manière possible.
Sur la base de nos indications, tu pourras ensuite facilement télécharger les images sur le site de notre partenaire PHOTOVILLE4600 Printolino.ch (début juillet). Tu profites d'un prix spécial que Printolino t'accorde et que tu reçois via un code de réduction. Tu paies les frais de production, mais en contrepartie, les images sont ta propriété. Les images sont imprimées sur Alu-Dibond dans la qualité supérieure habituelle, livrées directement à Olten et accrochées par nos soins.
Réserve de modifications et d'ajouts
IPFO se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les dispositions de ce règlement ou de les compléter par des directives. Les exposants de PHOTOVILLE4600 en seront informés en temps voulu.
Communication entre IPFO et l'exposant
Tous les accords, autorisations individuelles et règlements spéciaux doivent être communiqués par écrit ou par e-mail.
Choix du droit applicable, lieu d'exécution, juridiction compétente
Toutes les relations juridiques entre l'exposant et IPFO sont soumises au droit suisse, même si l'exposant a son siège social à l'étranger. Le lieu d'exécution et le for exclusif pour toutes les procédures est Olten, siège de Haus der Fotografie.
